What you’re actually signing up for.
What you’re actually signing up for.
Your story matters. It brings connection, insight, and sometimes even a bit of laughter. When you share a story, you help turn frontline insight into cultural assets that shape organizational climate, improve work design, and strengthen the system from the inside out.
Your experience offers the practical truth manuals skip — the kind that actually moves learning and efficacy forward.

Here's the straightforward truth about what happens when you share with Frontline Peer, what you're agreeing to, and why we put your trust above all else.
Frontline Peer offers two ways to share your experiences:
Echo Program — A newsletter-driven, anonymous service that lets you share stories that inspire safety and learning without revealing who you are.
Tango Program — Rich multimedia storytelling where your story, voice, and likeness may be part of the content you share, always with your ongoing consent. Separate consent forms are negotiated individually to remain flexible and establish terms that meet your specific needs. If you're interested, start a conversation — you're automatically part of the process, and we keep your participation confidential by default.
By submitting content, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. You will confirm acceptance via a checkbox or written declaration before your content is processed.
As a contributor, you represent and warrant that:
Your content is authentic, accurate, and reflects your genuine experience.
You hold the legal right to share this content and grant the license described below.
Your submission does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Your submission does not unlawfully target, defame, or harm any individual or organization.
Echo: Do not include personal identifying information — names, dates, employers, locations, or anything that could reasonably identify a person or organization. You are responsible for keeping your submission anonymous. We will review and may remove obvious identifiers, but we cannot guarantee complete anonymity, as context can sometimes reveal identities. If we discover PII in your submission, we will delete or redact it within 30 days of becoming aware of it and will not publish before it is verified by a human.
Tango: You agree to work with us collaboratively on your story, knowing you can review and approve your content before it goes public. Your voice, likeness, and identifying details are protected under a separate consent process negotiated with you individually.
By submitting, you grant Frontline Peer a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, adapt, edit, publish, and share your experience for research, and learning. The license you grant also includes the right for Frontline Peer and its partners to use your story in commercial initiatives, including paid workshops, consulting services, and licensed training programs, where revenues support our mission. This includes publication in newsletters, websites, social media, digital and print formats, training materials, workshops, research presentations, and organizational development initiatives through our partners and affiliates.
We may adapt and edit your content for clarity, length, privacy, or technical requirements — but we won't change the core meaning or misrepresent your experience. For Tango, the scope and use of your likeness and voice will be explicitly defined in your individual consent form.
Copyright and Moral Rights: You retain copyright for your original content. To the extent permitted by law, you waive your moral rights in the work so that Frontline Peer may publish, edit, distribute, and adapt your story for research, learning, and organizational improvement purposes without restriction or further consultation—unless otherwise specified in a separate Tango-program consent agreement. This waiver is intended to support organizational reliability and administrative reform. It does not permit use of your story in political campaigns or contexts that misalign with public safety or our mission.
Honorarium: Frontline Peer may offer an honorarium as recognition of your contribution. Eligibility and amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis and depend on how your story is used and the scope of your involvement. We encourage you to discuss potential compensation when submitting or collaborating with us by sending us an inquiry. For Tango participants who may receive honorarium compensation, all pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines for any compensation will be clearly outlined in your individual consent agreement before you agree to proceed.

Given the nature of our service and the complexity of managing user-generated content at scale, Frontline Peer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your submission, our use of your story, or third-party use of content. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frontline Peer, its subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your submission or breach of these terms.
Third-Party Use: While Frontline Peer controls how your story is initially published and distributed, once shared through our partners, affiliates, or licensed organizations, we cannot control all downstream uses. We commit to contractual terms requiring partners to respect the spirit of your contribution, but acknowledge that secondary use by third parties may occur beyond our direct oversight.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after updates means you agree to the revised terms, which we'll post on our website with an updated effective date.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Frontline Peer. If any provision is found to be unenforceable under Canadian or Ontario law, the remainder continues in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
